A collection of research that informs the theoretical foundation of my graduate thesis, Filtered Truth examines graphic design, the proliferation of images, and the degradation of truth in contemporary society. The book is broken up into three sections which reflect each of my sub-theses (see below). The physical traits of the book are itself a commentary on the relationship between knowledge and media consumption. Bound in black leather with black painted edges, Filtered Truth is a black box, information goes in, but none comes out—unless you take the time to read it.
